What is a Chromekit?

Sonoma County Library lends Chromebook kits (Chromekits) to patrons 13 and over (all you need is a library card). Each Chromekit includes a Chromebook laptop and a SonomaFi wireless hotspot.

Chromekits are available at all branches on a first-come, first-serve availability basis—there are no holds/ the kits are not requestable.

Chromekits can be checked out for 21 days without renewals.

Call or visit your local branch during open hours - Chromekits are available on a first-come, first-serve availability basis. The devices come in a shell case with all the necessary cables.
