    Stories to Go

Stories to Go is a pilot project currently available at four Sonoma County Library locations. Stories to Go are circulating themed bilingual kits with resources for childcare providers to host high-quality storytimes for their children, focusing on the Every Child Ready to Read 2 early literacy skills of talking, reading, singing, writing and playing every day, to help support preparation of children for entry into the K-12 school system.

The Stories to Go kits are available for childcare providers to check out at the following locations: Rohnert Park Cotati Regional Library, Roseland Community Library, Sonoma Valley Regional Library and Windsor Regional Library.

The Stories to Go kits provide the books and props for daycare providers to present a fun, engaging, educational experience for the children in their care during the day.
